Description
This vase was hand-thrown by Thuy, with an intentionally asymmetrical shape that exudes a unique artistic charm. Thuy used a blend of three glazes—brown, deep red, and purple—applied in a spontaneous manner. During the wood-firing process, the glazes flow and transform naturally, creating unpredictable effects. Thuy guarantees that no other piece will ever look exactly like this one.
Each product is fired twice in a wood kiln. The first firing is a bisque firing at 800°C for 9 hours, followed by glazing and a second firing at over 1200°C for 20 hours, to achieve the final product.
